The vision of the Here Now Next (HNN) project is to find real, meaningful, and sustainable open employment for young people with disability using peer work mentors, person led career planning and building upon established community relationships and networks.

Equity Works has a long history of providing quality Short Term Accommodation services (previously known as Respite).
Providing after school care services in Nambour, using our Brookes Street House which is well suited for In House activities.

In the spirit of reconciliation Equity Works acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of this land where we work, play and live, the Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi people. We acknowledge and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture, with sovereignty never ceded. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples today.
