Providing feedback or making a complaint
If you have any concerns about the services you have received from us we want to be the first people you tell. We would ask you to contact your usual Equity Works Contact, or if you do not feel comfortable with that option you can contact the Equity Works Office on 07 5441 2122 and ask to speak to the Chief Executive Officer.
Complaints about your experience, privacy breach, or our handling of your personal information can be made verbally or in writing. Once we receive a complaint an Equity Works representative will be in contact with you within two (2) working days. Our Complaints Management process focuses on listening well to the issues that are concerning you, seeking your advice about how those issues can be resolved to your satisfaction, doing our best to resolve the issues that have concerned you and finally, learning from the experience. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality and Safeguards Commission
